This is a borehole pump designed to lift water from wells and other deep sources. It runs on a 220 V supply with 2600 W of power. The pump lifts water up to 192 m and delivers up to 100 litres per minute. The housing diameter is 4 inches.

Application

Used to supply a house and yard with water from a borehole and to water gardens and vegetable plots. The pump is lowered into the borehole and works underwater. Suits homeowners and farmers.

Note on use

Keep the pump at least 5 m above the bottom of the borehole with at least 10 m of water above it. Lower the pump on a safety rope, never by the power cable. In a new borehole, leave the pump running for the first 6 hours so that sand and silt are flushed out. Connect the cable with water-resistant wire of the correct cross-section and wrap all joints thoroughly with special insulating tape.
