Inverter Welding Machine EPA ESA-220MMA (220 A)

This is an inverter welding machine for manual metal arc (MMA) welding with stick electrodes. IGBT technology provides a stable arc, energy savings and a quality weld. It runs on a single-phase 220 V ±15% supply, welding current adjusts from 30 to 220 A, and the open-circuit voltage is 68 V.

Application

Note on use

Choose the welding current by electrode diameter: 2.5 mm — 60–100 A, 3.2 mm — 80–140 A, 4.0 mm — 140–220 A. Too little current breaks the arc; too much melts the electrode quickly and spoils the weld. Install the machine in a dry, ventilated place at least 30 cm from the wall. Duty cycle: 30% at 220 A, 15% at 40 °C.
