Inverter Welding Machine EPA MMA-250 FI-2 (250 A)
This is an inverter welding machine for manual metal arc (MMA) welding with stick electrodes. IGBT technology delivers energy savings, stable operation and high output power. It runs on a single-phase 180–240 V supply, welding current adjusts from 20 to 250 A, and the open-circuit voltage is 56 V.
Advantages
- 60% duty cycle at full load — long, uninterrupted welding
- About 85% efficiency and 0.93 power factor — low electricity use
- Takes 1.6–5.0 mm electrodes
- DC output — quality welds with deep penetration
- Protection against overheating, overload and voltage surges
- Fan cooling — keeps internal parts cool and extends service life
- Digital display and current control — easy to set up
Application
Suitable for welding steel, stainless steel, copper and other metals. Used at home for doors, gates, railings, water pipes and metal items; in construction and production for metal frames and structures; and in agriculture for repairing tractors, pumps and irrigation equipment. Intended for home users and professional welders.
Note on use
Choose the welding current by electrode diameter: 2.5 mm — 60–100 A, 3.2 mm — 80–140 A, 4.0 mm — 140–220 A, 5.0 mm — 220–250 A. Too little current breaks the arc; too much melts the electrode quickly and spoils the weld. Install the machine in a dry, ventilated place at least 30 cm from the wall. Duty cycle: 60% at full load.
EPA MMA-250 FI-2 — a powerful, reliable machine for strong, high-quality welding of metal structures.
