Inverter Welding Machine EPA ESA-180MMA (180 A)
This is an inverter welding machine for manual metal arc (MMA) welding with stick electrodes. It runs on a single-phase 220 V supply, welding current adjusts across 30–180 A, and the open-circuit voltage is 68 V.
Advantages
- 30–180 A welding current — welds thin and medium-thickness metal
- Duty cycle 20% at 40 °C — suited to long welding jobs
- 68 V open-circuit voltage — easy arc striking
- Inverter design — light, compact and easy to carry
Application
Used at home for welding doors, gates, railings and metal items, in construction for metal frames and structures, and for repairing machinery. Intended for home users and professional welders.
Note on use
Choose the welding current by electrode diameter: 2.5 mm — 60–100 A, 3.2 mm — 80–140 A. Too little current breaks the arc; too much melts the electrode quickly and spoils the weld. Install the machine in a dry, ventilated place at least 30 cm from the wall. Duty cycle: 20% at 40 °C.
EPA ESA-180MMA — a powerful, reliable machine for strong, high-quality welding of metal structures.
